  All I can say is wow. I dog that my roommate and I have had a very bad reaction Saturday night. Since I wasn't home my roommate called everywhere and got our dog bella into this animal hospital. We were told the goal was to find out what was giving her these reactions, and they would need to keep her a couple of days and the price would be about 400 bucks. When we went to get her today my roommate went in. When he came out he said it was over 500 bucks and they had no clue what was wrong with her. The Dr agreed that meet with me. After expressing my concerns and saying that my vet had done this same work for a hundred dollars she became defensive. After about fifteen minutes of going back and forth and getting nowhere I decided it was time to go. When I got into the waiting room the doctors attitude cjanged. I hadn't sworn once even though my roommate did once and the doctor yelled at me to watch my language. I said excuse me? I'm not even swearing, this is a joke you refuse to even explain why I spend five hundred bucks and you don't know what's wrong with my dog. She then repeatedly threatened me with calling the police. I said for what? She had no answer other than she didn't want me in there causing trouble as she put it. She also had said since we spent so much money that if the problem persisted she would treat bella for free. She was took that back as I was leaving the building saying she was now refusing any further treatment of my dog. When I found out bella was taken there I warned my roommate of other bad experiences my friends had. But I hoped for the best. Bella was in bad need of treatment that day so it was either a vet or no veterinary at that time. For that reason I don't regret her going to the vet. It is just very sad these people are rip off artists who can't explain the work they've done, yell at you during conversation saying listen to me and then lie and threaten. Please don't subject yourself to this. This lady laughed at me when I said how ridiculous it was that we had no solution. She literally laughed at me. If that's the care you want your animals in then by all means go here. If you want explanations given and people who do what the say gp somewhere else.

  I urge everyone DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. I have had numerous poor experiences at this location. Hearing ANOTHER friend tell me of their unfortunate interaction at this business has prompted me to write a review. The owner is lying a deceitful. Many of the staff share this trait. We were quoted $600 for tests that we had already had completed at another vet. We had paperwork PROVING it was completed, but we were told they needed to be done again. We got the same result. After receiving no further help to the treatment out our animal, we were given an invoice for $900. "Administrative fees" and the tests taking "longer than expected." I don't care what business you're in, if you quote a client, you stick to that quote. We refused to pay the additional $300 because the issue wasn't solved or AT LEAST we didn't get any new information than we came in with. The owner threatened to withhold our pet from us and call the police, swearing at us profusely in front of other customers. Terrible business, terrible management, and terrible customer service.
