  I have had two great experiences here. My first visit was after 2:30 so the wait time was fairly long which(over an hour) is expected during high traffic times. Dr.Tong was great with me and handling WCB paperwork. Gave me a lot of advice on caring for my injury. My second visit was to check up on my injury two weeks later. The wait time was much shorter(maybe 20min) which made sense because I was there much earlier than my first visit. I saw Dr. Ham on this visit and he was also fantastic. As well as checking on my injury’s healing process he also gave me advice on an allergy. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me hope for clinic doctors even though I’ve had many bad experiences at other locations. I would recommend CarePlace to anyone.

  The people at the front desk are horrible. There is one woman named Moude and she is horrendous. She has no empathy for sick patients and is very argumentative. She has no idea how to service anyone especially someone that is sick. People like Moude should not be working in a place where she has to deal with people.
