Patients and staff alike, we're a family and committed to serving the community around us as best we can. From having the most diverse therapies, cost effective treatments and advanced technology, we strive to be on top of our game to get our patients back on theirs!

  I went to see Di Wu for Acupuncture and I am very happy that I did.(If it weren't for me moving back to ON, I would still be coming in to see him for treatment.) He immensely helped to change the status of my health as I had several ailments I had been suffering with for a VERY long time. I felt relief after just one session with him. He is extremely good at his craft and has been trained in the classical way of Acupuncture, so he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend visiting the clinic to see him. The front admin staff are very good too! Friendly and efficient. Great overall experience and atmosphere. My only recommendation is that the music be kept low in the Acupuncture treatment rooms because it can be very distracting to the patient. Thank you!

  Matt "The Owner" and his team are exceptional and highly professional. I have been a client at Legacies and I highly recommend their practitioners and facility all the time. If you look up integrity in the dictionary Matt's name would be there. Thanks for being awesome in every way.

  So far I have been very pleased with the service and quality of treatment. I have been having massage for muscle tension in my back and start acupuncture for lower back pain next week. Having completed the acupuncture it was hard to say that it actually created a benefit. Sometimes you just have to try something new. However, I was left with tightness behind my left knee which appeared immediately after the first session. This is taking a long time to go away completely. I have continued my massage and this has been of great benefit. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to attend Legacies and would definitely return should I need help in the future.
