- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I visited 4 different orthodontists between surrey, richmond and Vancouver. One orthodontist I went to in surrey with my daughter told us we needed expanders for her that would've cost about $4000. Dr. Bulat saw her and told us it was not necessary and simply pulling her baby teeth would allow her adult teeth behind to fall in place. Even when he saw me he advised getting surgery and braces because of my condition in both jaws and to not get braces at all in any other case because it may make my teeth worse. One orthodontist couldn't give me a definite answer on how well they could treat me without surgery but he still wanted to try. Dr. Bulat's honesty, knowledge and good character are what made me choose him and dr. Maduke as my orthodontists.
