  So unbelievably disappointed in this dental group. They have no idea what they are doing. Was told by a dental assistant their receptionist doesn't know how to book an appointment nor has any knowledge about what goes on in the back. We drove all the way from chilliwack for nothing because they don't know how to book a simple appointment to get wisdom teeth pulled. Then find out her teeth cost 300$ more than what they quoted her. Never had such horrible customer service and will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. So unorganized and unprofessional!!

  Appalling clerical staff. Just found out thru our dental insurance provider that the pre approval for dental work was overlooked by dentist office and has expired. Last year the approval was sent to the dentist and they only did part of the work. Then we waited and waited for them to call for the remainder of the work. Today they returned my call to lamely say the work was not approved. Ha! They forgot about us is what truely happened :(. Never going back!

  This place is a joke. I had the government of Alberta willing to my bill and all these useless people had to do is call the number I provided to get directions to bill Alberta. The exact response I get " I don't want to". So unprofessional and have no care for patients in severe pain. Btw i was in for total facial reconstruction surgery.... So yah they know I'm in lots of pain yet tell me I'm not welcome. Never waste a penny at this circus.

  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If i could give negative stars i would. They worked on teeth that didn't really need it, one month later i lost the two teeth they didn't work on. And the work they did do was horrible. They left one tooth un buffed so it is bumpy and feels like grains on it. The filling came out on my other tooth and because they didn't get all the decay, it was decaying beneeth the filling. COMPLETELY UNORGANISED. My first clue i was in the wrong place should of been when the dentist didn't know how to work the tools or the chair and had to call someone in to help. His excuse was that he didn't normally work there. Even though they claim 30% less... It's still more than other places.
