  My dentist referred my 12-year-old sister to this place. He said that an x-ray showed that one of her permanent tooth was growing sideways. He did not know whether the baby tooth sitting in front of the adult tooth should be extracted or not, and that we should go see an orthodontist to make sure. Since my dentist referred me to this place, I called in, tried to explain my situation, and tried to set up an appointment. The woman on the phone immediately said "Okay are you getting braces done?" I responded "Well.. no.." (Considering my situation, it was not my first intention of having my sister get braces. We were just instructed by my dentist to get her teeth looked at by an orthodontist, and make decisions based on that check up) Then the woman went on to say "Okay well, we only book appointments if you're going to do braces." It was her tone that surprised me the most, she could have responded more professionally than she did. Anyways, I got my sister another referral to go see a different orthodontist. We have not been to the check up yet, but whether or not she will need braces, I know I am not bringing her to Pacific West Dental group.

  My first experience was really good. All the staff members are really polite here. I really enjoy here with everyone. They make my mood good all the time. I get the appointment after a month , I wish i can come every week here. They do each and everything so well. The way of their treatment is really good. My aunt recommend this dentist an I love my dentist now. I was scared before the treatment got started however I am too happy now.
