She was so friendly, courteous and professional and handled my claim with prompt and efficient manner that was required at that time. We were so happy to deal with Sau Wan Luu. Again, recently, she came to our service, when we had a water damage. As usual, she came to visit the damage on the very same day it happened and provided us with genuine and professional advice.
