  The vets here seem to go above and beyond and the rates are good. I would have given 5 stars but the girl at the counter was rude and difficult. She seems to equate queries with a need for defensiveness...hard to get a straight answer through the insults and arrogance. She could use some sensitivity and communications training. Otherwise I would recommend... Update: i originally brought my cat in for a full exam and all tests following a seizure event. The vet told me he semmed ok now despite losing some vision, and stated his tests checked out. Later when my cat started having further problems, and doing some of my own research, I began to wonder if there wasn't some renal issues. I contacted the vet to double check his kidney tests and was told it wasn't tested! An elderly cat presenting with seizure and sudden blindness not tested for kidneys? I had advised to check everything because being indoor cat the visits are an extreme stress. Don't go here if you care for your pets. Just a clown show start to finish.

  Dr. O'Grady has been my vet for over 15 years. Will not take my animals anywhere else. The staff is fantastic, the doctors are very good and they care.

  Dr Balcar is amazing! He has taken the time multiple times to contact me directly over the phone with questions and concerns that I've had. He has been most helpful in determining what is wrong with my kitty even when the diagnosis is a challenge. Their prices have been very reasonable and they have even offered a couple discounts along the way as the expense was taking a toll on me (it wasn't easy to figure out what she had going on) . They did everything they could to mitigate the price and find a solution. This vet cares about more than just money and they are very dedicated and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a serious issue to resolve.
