  I just wanted to write a fair review so you can make an informed decision if you want to go to this clinic. It was about 8 months ago that I brought my dog for his ear infection, and we saw a vet named Dr. Tugui. Although he properly treated my dog's ear infection, and all the staff members were quite nice, the fee was slightly on a higher end compared to other clinics. I would still thank the hospital that they promptly saw our poor little dog suffering from the ear infection! Few cons that I want to mention about the clinic though- I wouldn't say the vet was very thorough with his diagnosis since he did not even use an otoscope (an instrument to check the ear drum).. and would give us a treatment estimate! If I were him, I would have definitely checked out the ear drum first to make sure there is no foreign body nor any blockage..before jumping onto the straight diagnosis of bacterial infection.. Plus, I am a dentist myself and I would never charge a post-treatment follow-up exam. They told me that my dog will need a follow-up exam and when asked, it would cost $40. My usual vet doesn't charge for the follow up exam neither after the ear infection treatment. Maybe I have a high standard, so hopefully this can help you a little bit!

  New Doctors have taken over this hospital from when we first started going here 6+ years ago. The new doctors provide less service, less explanation, and charge more. The front desk girls are not very friendly, and up-sell everything. Doctor suggested 2 shots for my dog, but i watched him only give one. Cost for 2 shots? $130. The vet prescribed dog food has also gone up from $90 to $120 since the new docs took over this hospital. These new doctors are taking advantage of animal owners/lovers and it is not fair. Bringing my family to a new vet immediately after this most recent visit.

  Very pleased with services provided with our 2 Pomeranians Izzie & Lola for the past year. Unfortunately Izzie passed away last month. The care and respect from the doctors and staff with his passing was exceptional. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
