- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was a a horrible experience, this Punjabi lady (first desk on the left hand side, long black hair, and a silver kada on her right hand) was totally being unprofessional. I was trying to renew an insurance for my friend. I have the Power of Attorney copy and I provided information as required to renew my insurance. When I was being slow looking up for my friend's birthday. She insulted me saying I am a suspicious guy and this case is fishy. She even continued to eat her grapes and used her cellphone right at my face wasting my time for her to contemplate. FYI. if you don't respect and profession for your client. eat your grapes at home.
