  Unfortunately had to use the evaluation services here, over a year ago when a motorcycle drove into my parked car. They evaluated way under what the shop charged, because they didn't account for enough time in paint matching. Didn't matter cause the motorcyclists insurance covered it all. Recently had to pick up write off cheques, and they were quick and friendly, even when I raced in at the end of the day.

  The citizens of BC have been forced to pay far too much for car insurance for many years. In my opinion, ICBC is another fine example of why privatization is a complete failure, same as BC Ferries and others. Bloated executive salaries, pensions and severance packages, inflated fees, lower service, rude and arrogant staff who simply don’t care about customer service at all. ICBC has the additional distinction of being a well known feeding trough for lawyers and scammers. ICBC should be disbanded and a written apology given to every BC citizen for their incompetence. Simply put: ICBC sucks and everyone knows it.

  Worst experience dealing with them. Had to call 10 times or more to get hold of someone. Left voice msg, took few days to get return. Person name Sherri was very rude. I really hope someone from head office read google reviews.
