- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never dreamed that my golden years would be filled with so many aches and pains. I do walk and exercise and stretch continuously, however I recently developed a problem with my right hip and groin. Upon visiting the In Motion Physio Wellness at Morgan Creek, I met “Sim” their physiotherapist and receive several treatments (consisted mostly exercising and certain stretches). At my last treatment this week, hip & groin feel great and “Sim” advises that I now have more flexibility in my right leg than most 25 year olds and am pain free in that area.. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred by my GP to come to In Motion to help deal with my recent Sciatica problem. Sim has put me on a treatment plan from which I am getting fabulous results.
