  Don't even deserve one star. My mom went there for second visit and there was some problem the machine and she kept ringing the bell;wasted 20 minutes out of an hour and she wasn't satisfied with their service. Definitely not going their again.

  I won't disclose this physiotherapist's name, but I will say that he is an 'interim' physiotherapist. I came for my 1st visit and right off the bat, there alot of things wrong with this guy's demeanor: 1. He abruptly asked me question to question, would cut me off 2. He would abruptly get me to stand up and do certain movements and then tell me to sit down. 3 . I was treated like a robot instead of a patient. He rudely confronts my answers and says, you didn't tell me this before like I am being cross-examined as witness in court 4. For the $ I spent, all he did was a lousy 15-20 minute stretch of my muscles. He did not provide any deep tissue massages, or hook me up to the machine that provides electronic muscle stimulation. 5. His attitude stinks! There was no human interaction element other than the questions asked off the clip-board. 6. There is a big disconnected in communication between the front clerks (who answer the phones and book appointments) and the physiotherapists! I specifically requested that I wanted a deep tissue massage and the receptionist told me, oh this 'interim physiotherapist' is great at that, only to be disappointed when I met him and he told me I will not be doing this because I don't believe in deep tissue massages or EMS. - Do yourself a favor folks, avoid this guy at all costs!! Book with the other physiotherapists in the facility! This guy on the other hand sucks big time! Consider yourself warned, he will not treat you, he will simply do some stretches to your muscles and some release.
