- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They ignored all of my concerns & made me feel like I don't matter* & in the future I will not buy a home if it has a warranty by Pacific Home Warranty attached to it. BUYER BEWARE. * This feeling was reinforced when I read this statement on their website: “A homebuilder is the most important visitor on the Pacific Home Warranty premises” I'm not a homebuilder, so where exactly does this leave me? They are only on the builder side. However, remember "we are the one who pay for the insurance, not the builder". Home Warranty suppose to protect the homeowner not the builder. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been using Pacific home warranty for a couple years now. I am super happy with there service and assistance on site during our building process. Dean (on site rep) is one of the nicest guys I have encountered! Always giving good advice and helping us build a great home! Not to mention every time Dean calls, he is the happiest guy and makes your day better!! The office is always very helpful as well!
