  Bought a pair of bifocals here a year ago. The lenses are terribly scratched, can hardly see through them. I paid for scratch coating. Talk to a sales rep about it yesterday who told me scratch coating is useless without anti reflective as well. I asked about a warranty. She told me no, you have no warranty but we have a sale on right now. I checked the website, there is a two year warranty against scratches if you buy the anti scratch coating. I also found out that the progressive lenses that made me sick to wear should've been replaced free of charge instead of me buying a new pair of bifocals. That was about 5 years ago. I've been a customer here for 14 years, bought many pairs of glasses for myself my wife and sons. No more! Avoid like the plague.
