  I agree with the difficulty people have getting through to the office. Line is busy for hours at a time and half the time the call doesn't even go through. Their online booking system is incredibly glitchy and equally as frustrating to deal with. It kind of feels like they don't want to see any patients.

  This is the worst ever clinic experience for me. Yes, the doctor is ok, but you can never get book in the time you want, no Saturdays appointment, 90% of the time you can’t get through the line and can’t take message by machine. When I gave up and want to move my medical records out, they waited until 2 weeks not telling me I have to pay 35 dollars. Of course I have to call many times so I can finally talk with someone. Then I came one day afternoon to pay at 3pm, they closed without any notice. I finally managed to pay last Thursday, but the record did not transferred the coming Tuesday. And the front desk girl said I will do it today or latest Tomorrow. That’s totally a joke. Never ever go for this clinic

  I think the Dr we see is awesome. We've been with him for years now. He was our family dr before he was in this clinic.I just get annoyed with the reception. I took my daughter in for her appointment and they said oh sorry we couldn't find your number and your Dr went home early so her appointment is cancelled! They aren't as bad as the reception at the last office my Dr was at though.
