- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are great! Reception staff could be a lot more helpful. People who come into clinics generally aren't feeling well and the majority of us don't know your procedures. No one is a mind reader so don't just look at people in silence expecting them to understand that after they hand you their culture that they are free to leave. Try the traditional "Thanks! Have a great day!" I'm also still waiting to hear back about my 1st culture taken over a month ago & my 2nd culture and blood test done 10 days ago. I was told 3-4 days both times. I just called their office to inquire, only to get their after hours voicemail. It's 2:10 on a Sunday. The hours are 9-3pm.by Noah & KailaJanuary 01, 2017
