- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's said "Good things come to those who wait". I'm glad the Guildford area got it right when they decided to open Viva Care Pharmacy on 148 and 104 avenue. Not only is the store very professional looking but the service is exemplary. The store owner/manager/Pharmacist Seema Prihar was a delight to deal with on my recent trip to the pharmacy. She answered all my questions - ranging from blood pressure to feet pain to stress anxiety. She did not rush me (as some other pharmacies sometimes do to you and make you feel like you're just another number who will contribute to their accounts receivable at the end of the day). Ms. Prihar actually spent the time and took the effort to answer all my questions. She even asked me questions I've never been asked, when I've posed the same question to different Pharmacists at different Pharmacies. I felt like a valued member at Viva Care and I owe it all to the service and time Ms. Prihar showed me. It's hard to find good service these days in a time where the bottom line means everything and where "upsell" seems to exist everywhere. Viva Care is of a different breed - there's no upselling - just genuine, sympathetic, care towards you (the client). I was never forced to purchase anything - instead I was asked politely to do my research on the pharmacist's suggestions and to come back when I was sure I wanted to try/get something. This is the type of service that used to exist before the big chains came into existence - it's nice to know there's still a pharmacy - Viva Care - and pharmacists, ie: Seema Prihar, who actually take the time and effort to get to know the client and address their needs and well-being. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to my friends, co-workers, and family. I will definitely be coming back again (and not just to win the Apple Watch).by MilzJuly 29, 2017
