- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had Lasik surgery to correct my near sightedness 5 days ago. I hummed and haaaed over the decision for years. Now I wish I had done it sooner. The operation was about 10 minutes long. I went home and went straight to sleep as directed. When I woke up 5 hours later I had 20/20 vision. I also appreciate that I can do my follow up appointments in Abbotsford, nearer to where I live.
