  This review is for their Victoria, BC location which seems to now be closed but same owners so I will post here. ----------------------------------------------------------------- The one star is for the result of the Lasik surgery alone. The staff were great but I seriously regret doing this to my eyes. I waited years and did a lot of research before going for this but now I am left with chronic dry eyes. They do tell you this but you don't know what dry eyes actually feels like until you experience it. Let's put it this way: I'd rather have my -8 prescription back in a flash. If I could turn back time, oh I wish. Dry eyes, for me, feels like I've just diced up an onion. ALL DAY. Burns so much. I've also had non stop bacterial infections due to dry eyes, and had to get tear plugs put in to reduce dryness ($200). I buy artificial tears several times a month. I would never go back for a retouch even though I paid extra for that option. No way. We get ONE set of eyes - that's it. Never again would I risk my vision for vanity. My desire to be glasses-free clouded my judgement. Yes, of course they informed me, but I was wanting the surgery so I was willing to risk it all. :-( Oh, and yeah.. still in glasses. Prescription now about minus 1.5.
